• You must inform us via email or our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• A return or refund will only be considered for damaged, defective, or missing items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Product Condition

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
• Any product that appears used, installed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund.
• If the returned item matches the product description and is free from defects, it will be sent back to the customer.
• We are not responsible for customer-side errors in product selection or installation attempts.

Photo/Video Evidence Required

• For damaged/defective items, you must submit clear photo proof within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Our quality check team will inspect the submitted proof thoroughly.
• If the product does not pass verification, there will be no return or refund.
• Refund approval is subject to the company's policies and quality assessment.

Return Everything – Including Free Gifts

• All items from your order must be returned, including free gifts.
• Free gifts must be unused and in original condition.
• If not returned, the gift's value may be deducted from your refund.
• Incomplete returns may be rejected.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after verification of the returned package.
• Once approved, refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
• Allow up to 72 hours before contacting us about refund status.
